On July 24,SGE convened the 2026 Second Shareholders’ Meeting and the First Meeting of the Fourth Board of Directors in Beijing. The meeting adopted the proposal concerning the adjustment of the Chairman of SGE.

Mr. LIU Jian shall be nominated as Chairman of the Company and Mr. GAO Xiaorong shall resign from his position as Chairman, while remaining a Director of SGE.
