On the afternoon of April 2, the “Visit into Xiong’an” event was hosted by China-Europe Business Council (“CEBC”) in Xiong’an New Area, bringing together 20 multinational enterprises and financial institutions from Germany, Switzerland and other countries. Ms. ZHAO Xin, SGE Board Member and CFO, was invited to deliver a speech on the company’s achievements in geothermal development and utilization.

CEBC was initiated by the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (“ICBC”) in collaboration with leading enterprises from various sectors, aiming to promote economic and trade cooperation as well as investment between China and Europe. Established in April 2021, CEBC now has over 100 member companies across 18 countries in China and Europe, including 45 Fortune Global 500 companies. CEBC operates through eight working groups, focusing on sustainable development, financial cooperation, resource infrastructure, machinery and equipment, services and support, digital technology, automobile manufacturing, and healthcare.
